How can I deposit funds?

You can fund your XWIN trading account through the Client Portal using secure payment options such as bank transfer, credit or debit card.
Deposits are typically processed instantly or within a few hours, depending on your payment provider.
XWIN does not charge internal deposit fees.


How can I create a demo account?

Opening a demo account is quick and free.
Visit our website, select “Open Demo Account,” and complete the short form. You’ll receive login credentials for MetaTrader 5, where you can practice trading with virtual funds in real-time market conditions.


How can I open a live account?

To open a live trading account, complete the online registration form and submit KYC documents (proof of identity and address).
Once verified, log in to the Client Portal, fund your account, and start trading immediately on MetaTrader 5.


How long does it take to withdraw funds from my XWIN account?

Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 business hours.
Depending on your payment method, funds may reach you within 1–5 business days.
For security, withdrawals are returned to the original funding source whenever possible.


How can I place a market order?

Log in to MetaTrader 5, select your desired market, and click “New Order.”
Enter your trade size, choose Buy or Sell, and confirm.
Your trade will execute instantly at the current market price based on liquidity.

Is there any fee for using the trading platform?

No, MetaTrader 5 is free for all XWIN clients.
Trading costs such as spreads, commissions (if applicable), and swap rates may apply depending on your account type and instrument.


What should I do if my card is expired or lost?

If your card has expired or been replaced, update your payment details before making a new deposit.
Withdrawals must go back to the original payment source used for funding.
